At Life First Training we deliver a wide range of practical courses such as the National Pool Lifeguard, National Beach Lifeguard,  and First Aid at Work in Lowestoft, and the East of England. 

We provide a modern-day approach to courses and training which are personal and flexible, we also offer the option of coming out to your premises to provide the training.

Our professional expertise means that you’ll be able to assist with emergency situations within a number of industries.

MEET OUR TEAM

Our team are all professionally qualified NHS Ambulance staff and have years of experience in training, along with practical knowledge of real life situations and how to deal with them.
