QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work

About the Course


The QA Level 3 First Aid at Work Qualification covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills, equipping the first-aider to apply first aid to a range of specific injuries and illness.


This three-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.


The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for three years, making it suitable for all industries and enabling you to meet HSE requirements.


The First Aid at Work course is 18 hours and can be delivered over three consecutive days or can be split into smaller sessions and delivered over a 10 week period from the start of the course.


The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, as well as a practical assessment on CPR and first aid.

QA Level 3 Paediatric First Aid

About the Course


The QA Level 3 Paediatric First Aid covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills, equipping the first-aider to administer first aid to children and infants.

This two-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills related to children, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe environment for children and infants.


The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for three years.


Paediatric First Aid is 12 hours and can be delivered over two consecutive days or can be split into smaller sessions and delivered over a 7 week period from the start of the course.


The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, as well as a practical assessment on CPR and first aid.

QA Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

About the Course


The QA Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification enables a first-aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill while at work.

This one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.


The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for three years, making it suitable for all industries and enabling you to meet HSE requirements.


The Emergency First Aid at Work course is six hours and can be delivered in one day or split into smaller sessions over a four week period from the start of the course. The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR and first aid.


The award is valid for three years as of the date of assessment.



QA Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid

The QA Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills, equipping the first-aider to administer first aid to children and infants.

This one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills related to children, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe environment for children infants.


The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for three years.


Emergency Paediatric First Aid is six hours and can be delivered in one day or split into smaller sessions over a four week period from the start of the course.


The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, as well as a practical assessment on CPR and first aid.
